I am over 16/18 years of age* and have read and understood the LearnBurma terms and conditions (below). I agree to pay the appropriate non-refundable registration fee per participant after submitting this form, once I receive the payment link (if you have a Golden Ticket, making this payment is optional).

Terms and Conditions By signing the registration form you agree to the following conditions: 1. In return for a secured place on a given ‘Dance Britain for Burma’ Dance Marathon, you must pay to LearnBurma a non-refundable registration fee of £10. This payment is optional for Golden Ticket holders. 2. If you decide to be a Gold Medal participant and raise sponsorship to take part, should you not be able to take up your place on the day, the people who sponsored you are required to ask for a refund in writing (letter or email) before LearnBurma can return their monies to them. 3. You must be at least 18 years of age on the day of your Super Saturday Dance Marathon to take part as a full marathon participant. To dance a half or quarter marathon you must be at least 16 days of age on the day of your dance marathon. Final mile participants must be at least 11 years of age on the day of their dance marathon to take part. 4. All funds raised in the name of LearnBurma and associated partners must be paid as soon as practicable to LearnBurma. If fundraising through JustGiving.com this process is automatic. 5. All participants take part at their own risk. Registration fees will only be refundable should LearnBurma be forced to cancel your selected dance marathon. 6. All itineraries are subject to change. All transfers to the start point and from the finish are at the participants’ own expense. 7. Participants in a Dance Britain for Burma Dance Marathon must be satisfied that there is nothing in their medical condition which could mean that there is danger in taking part. LearnBurma does not accept any liability if anybody is injured while taking part in a Dance Britain for Burma Dance Marathon or associated event, unless it is as a result of the negligence of LearnBurma or of its agents or employees. LearnBurma advises participants to have a medical check-up before the Dance Marathon and to abide by any advice that might be given as a result of such check-up. 8. LearnBurma and its charity partners reserve the right to use any photography or videos taken of participants on behalf of the Charity to raise awareness of and/or funds for LearnBurma, Dance Britain for Burma and/or its charity partners. 9. During your Dance Marathon you are required to follow Dance Britain team/steward instructions at all times and dance in designated areas only. 10. Your Dance Marathon will take place even if Ben is unable to take part through injury or illness. He will make every possible effort to ensure he can take part and unless given medical advice to the contrary will be there in person on the day. © LearnBurma 2012.
